WORLD OF COLOURS
The world is made from colours
With hues so bright and clear
Like Reds that shout out danger
In tones so full and dear
To Pinks that speak of loving
And Yellows like the sun
Such Blues that seem so endless
Just like the sky above
And then to make it perfect
There are forty shades of Green
Along with all the Purples
Whose powers are extreme
For we live upon a planet
Because we are so lucky
We are a multi coloured race

MY HEART IS IN THE TRADEWINDS
THAT CARRY NATURES LIFE
LIKE THE SMELL OF EXOTIC SPICES
THEIR GENTLY BREEZE INVITES
THE SIGHT OF SKATING RAINCLOUDS
ARE NEVER FAR FROM VIEW
AS I TRAVEL IN THESE TRADEWINDS
TO PLACES BOLD AND NEW
THEY LIFT MY SAILS WITH PASSION
AND SPEED ME ON MY WAY
AS I NAVIGATE BY STARLIGHT
BENEATH THE MILKY WAY
HOW I LOVE THESE RESTLESS TRADEWINDS
THAT FEED MY WANDERING WAYS
AND HOPE THEY SPEED MY JOURNEYS
THROUGHOUT MY SAILING DAYS
