The very word itself is inspiring; it conjures up in my mind a world of infinite wonders that I can only marvel at. Wonders that my head remind me that nature does not revolve around me, but around a vast universe of possibility. For whether I acknowledge it or not, Mother Nature and all her diverse energies will continue to exist long after I have evaporated into the sand of earthly time. She will continue to vibrate at her own frequency ever evolving and enhancing her beauty until she metamorphosis into the star she is meant to be.

The poems and writings on this site and within my books are purposely simple and are meant as building blocks to deeper thoughts (yours not mine). They are reminders of things that in time have been overlooked or forgotten.
Please accept these little ramblings as signposts to the world you might have left behind in the innocence of yesterday

The Reason I’m Alive April P.O.M.
The day that I first saw you
When you opened up your eyes
And looked at me with loving
That came as no surprise
From then until forever
I hoped you’d realize
That I’m only here to catch you
It’s the reason I’m alive
Those nights I’d tell you stories
Adventures from my mind
Always with happy endings
That made the world seem kind
And if by chance you fretted
That I might slip away
And leave you in the darkness
Where unknown fears do lay
I’d calm those silly notions
With a light of love so bright
For I’m only here to catch you
That’s the reason I’m alive
You danced right through your school days
But kept your sense of fun
Moving swiftly to romancing
That’s were the change begun
I only seemed to see you
As in and out you came
With parades of different faces
Til one at last remained
Though not the very essence
That I myself would choose
But all these little notions
Were yours alone to cruise
Then came that day of anguish
That shattered all your dreams
And nothing of the future
Was worth your time it seemed
It’s then you turned towards me
With eyes so full of tears
And I was there to catch you
And chase away your fears
You gave me many kisses
As through this life we rolled
And lots of little angels
For me to nurse and hold
You filled my way with meaning
And bathed me in your light
My precious gift from heaven
My joy of sweet delight
But the passage of time is constant
And the journey can be cruel
To think I’d live forever
I would be a fool
With eyes you looked upon me
And in them I saw fear
But let me tell you something
And make it very clear
I am here to catch you
Forever and a day
Since the moment that I met you
My love for you will stay…. PTT

test blog post
this is a new test blog post

I have a firm belief in angels and feel them around me all of the time, especially when I need an extra bit of help in making decisions
Also, as I get older, I have a much better appreciation of the beauty of Mother Nature and enjoy nothing more than to sit in my garden and let her overwhelm me with her many gifts
The poems and writings on this website are reflections of my thoughts on various subjects, as they wander through my mind
