Why not speak right out loud
For you have a voice of vision
That not a thought should cloud
We cannot tell your story
Unless you speak the words
About your hopes for a future
No matter how absurd
For whose to say you’re silly
You might make perfect sense
And the world in all its glory
Could be completely dense.
For fools they seldom differ
And great minds think a like
But the voice that’s starts as whisper
One day could prove just right.

To often in life some people are seen but not heard which is a real shame, they probably have a lot to give in ideas and thought.
If you know someone who comes into your company and listens but does not seem to engage in the conversation, why not ask them for their thoughts on whatever topic you are discussing,who knows you might learn something you never would have thought of……
