When we are far apart
We can’t measure it in miles
For that’s not the way to start
Its measured in the moments
When we bathe within a smile
Or the sound of someone laughter
That’s delivered with such style
It’s gauged in times of trouble
When cuddles say take care
Remember me my friend
Even when I am not there
For the distance is a time thing
In which we cannot say
