They gathered me so gently

And held me to the sun

Its warmth it filled my being

As if my time had come

Nothing from that moment

Held for me a care

For the light that it transmitted

Was bright beyond compare

The stars that once were distant

Now quickly pass me by

And though I still was looking

It wasn’t with my eyes

My energy was racing

Vibrating off the scale

As I shoot across the universe

With fire in my tail

Its then I knew the answer

I’ve chased throughout my life

That when your journeys over

It’s love that makes things right

Then you’ll return to heaven

To the place you are meant to be

A home beyond the cosmos

That’s called your sanctuary.
