The sun shows us her colours
With a rainbow in the sky
For each one is a signal
Of what she has inside
Her red is like a furnace
That burns eternal light
While her orange in its glory
Beams out upon its flight
The yellow is her blessing
That all is well and good
Her green is for sweet nature
That grows the way it should
While blue just calms her being
As she goes about her tasks
With Indigo in raptures
Still held inside her grasp
Then violet leans so gently
Against the whitest cloud
And merges with its structure
As if she’s been devoured.
